In this case MBU was hired to Assess Business KPI's (financial and non-financial performance indicators) within several functional units of the client. Working directly with the client internal people it is easier to understantd contextual information about how the company is measuring internal performance. In this case we were able to identify new KPI's for everyone that worked with us, some of this KPI's were produced by MBU, some were produced by the Team (Client+MBU). At the right you can find a Macro Block analysis thorugh which we have started some of our projects.
Client A was able to assess people performance and connect those teams to more generic Business KPI's which translated a more accurate measurement for people and for the business.
A raise in productivity by 10% was observed and organizanitacional processes started to be identified, measured and optimized which led Client A to add people performance metrics to their current Business or Financial ScoreCard.

Assessing the Visual Team Builder is possible to draw different scenarios for diferent potencial candidates to join a particular team. The diagram shows the imapct of one Person within the team, showing an optimum fit for team efficiency. It is also possible to measure the financial impact of decision making. In this case we were able to protect team relationships by choosing candidate two in the first scenario and candidate three in the second scenario. ROI can be observed and measured.
In this particular case we were able to quantify a decrease of 15% in people management costs. Assessing turn over rate and internal real costs, allows any organization to work through figures that were not previously calculated.
