Conversation data. When you use our diagnostic tool, your responses (answers, interest area, time spent) are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Contact form data. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), and message. This data is transmitted to us via Resend (resend.com), our transactional email processor.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for conversation analytics stored locally on your device. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for contact form submissions, given when you submit the form.
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making. No AI processes your personal data.
Resend (resend.com) processes email delivery under a Data Processing Agreement. They are GDPR-compliant and store email data on infrastructure within the EEA or under adequate safeguards.
Conversation data in your browser is controlled entirely by you — clear it at any time via browser settings. Contact submissions are retained for up to 2 years, after which they are deleted.
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. Exercise any right by emailing [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority: CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados) — cnpd.pt.
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. localStorage is used to store session data locally on your device.
